MIGRANT SUPPORT
At Facilitators, we are dedicated to ensuring that migrants have access to fair legal protection and justice. Our Migrant Support program serves as a vital lifeline for individuals in need, offering a safe haven through our “House of New Hope” a house where accommodation, as well as food and essential guidance for their future.
To date, we have supported over 20 individuals in Italy, providing them with the resources and assistance necessary to build a better life. Our comprehensive approach not only addresses immediate needs but also empowers migrants to navigate their new environment with confidence.
By standing with migrants, we strive to create a more just and compassionate community where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Together, we can stand in an inclusive society that embraces diversity and champions the rights of all individuals, ensuring that every migrant has the opportunity to thrive. EDUCATION
At Facilitators, we firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of a brighter future. By empowering individuals through learning, we are dedicated to transforming lives and uplifting communities. In many rural areas, children encounter significant barriers to accessing education, including poverty and a lack of resources. We are actively working to change this narrative by providing quality education in both
Italy and Pakistan. Currently, we have 5,910 children enrolled in our schools, ensuring they receive the tools and knowledge necessary for success in life. Our programs are designed to create a nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity and growth. Through education, we are not just imparting knowledge; we are building hope and opportunity, paving the way for a stronger future for every child. Join us in our mission

CAPACITY BUILDING
At Facilitators, we are committed to empowering communities by equipping them with the skills and resources necessary for self-reliance. Our capacity-building programs are designed to foster growth and resilience, enabling individuals and organizations to thrive
in a dynamic environment.
To date, we have trained 781 young people, providing them with valuable skills that will serve them well in their future endeavors. Our approach goes beyond individual empowerment; we also work closely with organizations to enhance their capacity. We provide essential support in areas such as registration and compliance, like the Economic Affairs Division, Sindh Charity Commission, and the Provincial Disaster Management Authority.
Our goal is to help communities and organizations stand on their own, ready to make a lasting impact in Pakistan. By investing in capacity building, we are creating a foundation for sustainable development, an environment where individuals and organizations can flourish and contribute positively to society. WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT
At Facilitators, we recognize that empowering women is essential for fostering stronger and more resilient communities. Our Women’s Empowerment program is dedicated to providing girls and women with the skills they need to achieve self-reliance and independence, breaking barriers and building confidence along the way.
We offer a diverse range of training opportunities, including sewing, beauty parlor skills, handicrafts, computer literacy, and adult education. These programs equip participants with the tools necessary for success, helping them to become economically independent and self-sufficient.
To date, 3,789 girls and women have gained valuable skills through our initiative, enabling them to support their families and earn respect within their communities. By investing in women, we are not just transforming individual lives; we are nurturing a ripple effect that raises brighter futures and contributes to the overall resilience of society. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
At Facilitators, we believe that the youth are the architects of our future. Our Youth Development program is dedicated to guiding and mentoring young people, helping them unlock their full potential and carve out a path for their future. Through a comprehensive approach, we provide tailored training and support that equips young individuals with essential skills and knowledge. To date, we have empowered 4,751 youth and developed confidence and resilience in each participant. Our program focuses on personal development, leadership training, and practical skills that prepare them for real-world challenges.
By investing in the next generation, we are not just nurturing individuals; we are cultivating capable leaders who will contribute positively to their communities and society at large. At Facilitator Organization, we believe every child deserves the chance to thrive and build a brighter future. Our Orphan Care program is focused on providing financial support to children in need, ensuring they can continue their education and break free from the cycle of poverty. We recognize that education is the foundation for a better life. Through our program, we provide scholarships and financial aid, empowering orphans to pursue their academic goals, gain essential life skills, and create opportunities for a successful future. To date, we have proudly supported 2,191 children, helping them overcome obstacles and access the education they deserve. But our care goes beyond financial support—we are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and

ORPHAN CARE
HEALTH
At our Facilitator Organization, we are committed to promoting health and well-being in the communities we serve. Our Health program provides essential medical care and education, ensuring that individuals have access to the resources they need to lead healthier lives.
We understand that access to healthcare is a fundamental right. Through our program, we offer comprehensive medical services, including the provision of medicines and treatment, to those who might otherwise go without. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to raise awareness about health issues, providing valuable education that empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being.
To date, we have facilitated care for 11,355 patients, helping them receive the medical attention they need to thrive. By addressing both immediate health concerns and promoting long-term wellness, we aim to create healthier communities where everyone can flourish.

CHURCH DEVELOPMENT

We focus on developing leadership, enhancing worship experiences, and promoting community engagement, ensuring that churches are not just places of worship but also hubs for connection and service.
Currently, we are proud to serve 27,150 members of the congregation in Pakistan, helping them deepen their spiritual journeys and connect. Our commitment to church development is rooted in the belief that a thriving church can lead to a stronger, more resilient community.

EMERGENCY RELIEF

At Facilitator Organization, we are dedicated to providing rapid emergency relief to those affected by natural disasters, conflict, or other challenging circumstances. Our Emergency Relief program is tailored to meet the urgent needs of vulnerable families, ensuring they receive vital support during their most critical moments. Crises can devastate communities, leaving individuals without the necessities for survival.
Our team acts swiftly to deliver essential supplies such as food, shelter, clothing, and
medical care. With a focus on compassion and efficiency, we work to alleviate suffering
and restore hope for those impacted by emergencies.
To date, we have provided relief to 29,571 families, helping them navigate the aftermath
of crises and begin the journey toward recovery. Our commitment to emergency relief
underscores our belief in standing with those in need and providing practical, life-saving
support during times of crisis.

BRICK KILN SUPPORT
At our Facilitator Organization, we recognize the challenges faced by brick kiln laborer's, who often find themselves trapped in exploitative cycles of debt and labor. Our Brick Kiln Support program is dedicated to providing financial assistance and essential rations, helping these laborer's regain their freedom and improve their livelihoods.
We believe that every individual deserves the chance to break free from the chains of
exploitation. Through our program, we offer targeted support to help labourers pay off
their debts, ensuring they can pursue more sustainable and equitable work opportunities.
By providing access to necessities, we empower them to focus on building a better future
for themselves and their families.
To date, we have supported 7,980 brick kiln labourers, providing them with the resources
they need to escape the cycle of debt and reclaim their lives. Our commitment to their
well-being is rooted in our belief that dignity and respect are fundamental rights for all
workers.

WATER, SANITATION & HYGIENE (WASH)
At our Facilitator Organization, we understand that access to clean water and proper
sanitation is essential for good health and well-being. Our WASH (Water, Sanitation &
Hygiene) program is dedicated to providing clean drinking water, improved sanitation
facilities, and hygiene education to vulnerable communities, aiming to prevent disease
and improve overall health.
Safe water and proper sanitation are basic human rights, yet many communities still
struggle to access these necessities. Through our program, we ensure that individuals
not only receive clean water but are also educated on the importance of hygiene
practices, which play a critical role in preventing waterborne diseases and promoting
healthier living conditions.
To date, we have facilitated clean drinking water for 32,320 individuals, helping to
transform their quality of life. Our commitment to WASH goes beyond just water
provision; we aim to create lasting change by equipping communities with the knowledge
and resources they need to maintain health and hygiene standards for generations to
come.
